Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cloudcan ("Meeting Angelo", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use Meeting Angelo Lite, the Microsoft Teams app, and its related Microsoft Commercial Marketplace subscription (offer id paidapp-meetingangelo).

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Meeting Angelo Lite Teams app, its sign-in flow, and the Meeting Angelo backend services it talks to. It does not cover third-party sites you may be linked to, including the full Meeting Angelo web panel, which has its own privacy policy.

2. Data we collect

• Profile information — your name, email and job title via the Microsoft Graph User.Read delegated permission, used only to personalize the app.
• Calendar information — your upcoming meetings for the next 7 days via the Microsoft Graph Calendars.Read delegated permission, used only to show your agenda inside the app.
• Meeting transcript content — only for meetings you explicitly add the app to. Access is granted through Microsoft Teams resource-specific consent (RSC) scoped to that single meeting; Meeting Angelo Lite never receives organization-wide or tenant-wide transcript, recording, or calendar access.
• Account and billing data — your organization's Microsoft Entra tenant ID and, when you purchase a subscription, the subscription id, plan and seat count reported to us by the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace.
• Technical and usage data — sign-in and error logs, IP address and basic device/browser information, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use data

We use this data to sign you in, show your meetings, generate the AI meeting summary for meetings you add the app to, activate and manage your Marketplace subscription, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not use meeting content to train general-purpose AI models, and important AI-generated output should be reviewed by a person before it is relied upon.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with:

• Microsoft (Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, for authentication, meeting data access and subscription billing);
• Our cloud hosting and AI processing providers, strictly to operate the service;
• Authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

We keep account, subscription and processed-meeting records for as long as your organization's subscription is active, plus a limited period afterward for support, billing and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We apply access control, authentication, tenant isolation, encryption in transit and least-privilege access appropriate to the risk. No online system can guarantee absolute security; report any suspected unauthorized access to your organization administrator.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because your organization typically controls its Microsoft 365 tenant data, please contact your organization administrator first; we support organizations in responding to verified requests.

8. Children

Meeting Angelo Lite is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
