Meeting Angelo Lite

Terms of Use

Effective date: August 28, 2026 · Published by Cloudcan

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Meeting Angelo Lite, the Microsoft Teams app published by Cloudcan ("Meeting Angelo", "we", "us"), including its Microsoft Commercial Marketplace subscription (offer id paidapp-meetingangelo). By installing, adding to a meeting, or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the app for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The service

Meeting Angelo Lite lets you add the app to a Microsoft Teams meeting so that, once Teams transcription is turned on, it can automatically generate an AI summary with decisions and action items when the meeting ends. It also shows your upcoming meetings and recent reports. Full access requires an active subscription purchased through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace / Teams Store.

2. Permissions

The app requests only User.Read and Calendars.Read (delegated Microsoft Graph permissions) plus resource-specific consent (RSC) limited to the individual meetings you add it to. We do not request or use organization-wide transcript, recording or calendar access.

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace according to the plan, seat count and billing term you (or your Microsoft 365 admin) select at purchase. Seat count and plan changes, and cancellations, are processed by Microsoft and reflected in the app once confirmed. Refunds and billing disputes are handled per Microsoft's Commercial Marketplace policies applicable to your purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business meetings. You must not:

5. AI-generated output

Summaries, decisions, action items and related output are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. A qualified person should review this output before it is shared, acted upon, or used for important decisions. This output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

Meeting Angelo Lite's software, design, trademarks and documentation belong to Cloudcan or its licensors. Subject to these terms and an active subscription where required, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app.

7. Third-party services

The app integrates with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and interruptions in those services may be outside our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or accuracy of AI output. Cloudcan is not liable for indirect loss, lost data or profits, or decisions based solely on automated output, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes; the effective date above will change accordingly. Questions can be sent to info@meetingangelo.com or via www.meetingangelo.com.
